FIT & SIZING
Q: Do your shirts run large, small, or true to size?
A: Please refer to the detailed size chart on each product page for the most accurate fit.
For printed shirts, we recommend ordering your regular size.
For linen shirts and distressed-wash styles, we suggest sizing up, as these fabrics may shrink slightly after washing due to their natural characteristics.

We strongly suggest have your measurements taken and use them as a reference when selecting an item size.
Measure yourself by following the guide below:
If you're typically between sizes our recommendation depends on your personal preference.
For a more casual or loose fit, we recommend choosing the larger size.
For a more tailored or custom fit, we recommend choosing the smaller size.
PRICING & CURRENCY
Q: What currency are your prices shown in?
A: You can switch between USD, CAD, and GBP on our site.
However, all orders will be charged in USD at checkout.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Q: Where are the products shipped from?
A: Our warehouses are located in the United States, United Kingdom, Vietnam, and China. Most shirts are currently shipped from our Asia warehouse.
Q: How long will delivery take?

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
Q: Why did I receive only part of my order?
A: To get your items to you faster, your order may be split into multiple shipments (at no extra cost).
You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each parcel via email.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Within 24 hours: Cancel with no penalty.
After 24 hours but before shipping: 15% cancellation fee.
After shipment: Orders cannot be canceled.
Q: I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
A: Please reply to your order confirmation email or contact support@pacificozy.com as soon as possible.
If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update your address.
If it has shipped, you may need to coordinate with your local post office once the package arrives.
Q: I selected the wrong size. Can I change it?
A: If your order hasn’t shipped, email cs@pacificozy.com or reach out via live chat to update the size.
If the order has shipped, we can assist with an exchange once you receive your package.
RETURNS & ISSUES
Q: I received a damaged or defective item. What should I do?
A: Please send clear photos of the item along with your order number to support@pacificozy.com
We’ll review the issue and guide you through the return or replacement process.
Q: My tracking info hasn’t updated. What’s going on?
A: Your parcel may be going through customs clearance, which can take 1–3 business days.

Q: Is it safe to shop on your site?
A: Yes. Pacificozy does not store or collect any credit card information directly.
All payments are securely processed through trusted third-party platforms.
