✅ What’s Covered Delay

  • Domestic: If your package isn’t delivered within 10 days after shipment, you may receive compensation.
  • International: If your package isn’t delivered within 30 days after shipment, you may receive compensation.

Loss

  • Domestic: If your package isn’t delivered within 30 days of shipment, it is considered lost.
  • International: If your package isn’t delivered within 60 days of shipment, it is considered lost.
  • Compensation: Lost packages will be compensated up to the actual item(s) value paid.

Theft (Porch Piracy)

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive your package, this may qualify for compensation.

  • Additional supporting documentation may be required.

Damage

  • If your item(s) arrive damaged to the point of being unusable—clearly fractured, shattered, bent (if not bendable), crushed, etc. Damaged item(s) may be compensated up to the actual item(s) value paid. This can change depending on the severity of the damage.
  • Cosmetic issues (scratches, dents), manufacturing defects, packaging errors, or unsealed items are not covered.

📌 Claim Timeframes

  • Loss: Report within 90 days of order date.
  • Damage/Theft: Report within 7 days of carrier showing “delivered”.
  • All issues must be reported within 90 days of order date.

❌ What’s Not Covered

  • Intentional acts, frauds, criminal or evil acts of the delivery staff or service users that lead to package delay or loss.
  • Refusal to sign for the reception of goods, or failure to sign for the reception timely when goods are already delivered.
  • Fake logistics information used for claims.
  • Delay or loss caused by wars, hostilities, military actions, armed conflicts, strikes, riots, civil commotion, terrorism.
  • Delay or loss caused by natural disasters, such as earthquakes, floods, tsunamis, mudslides, typhoons, and snowstorms.
